Abbey Green View is a sparkling clean, cosy, self-catering house. Based in a friendly, neighbourly residential area, it offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests across 3 double bedrooms.

If you choose to work during your stay there are workspaces available, with fast WI-FI throughout the property.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the equipment you will need for your self-catering stay, including a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There will also be some sachets of tea, coffee and sugar to get you started.

The bathroom is a generous size, with a shower and a bath for you to choose between.
We provide you with handmade soap, plus flannels and towels.
The three bedrooms are ideal for accommodating up to 6 guests.
You will find a double bed in both the main bedroom and the middle room. The back bedroom can be configured to suit your specific requirements. You can choose to have it set it up with two single beds, a double bed or one single bed. Let us know how you would like this room arranged and it will be ready for your arrival. All bed linens are provided.
Outside, there is a decked patio for you to eat, drink and relax on, and you and your dog (if you choose to bring your four-legged friend) can enjoy the enclosed garden.
We even provide a dog bed, bowl and treats for your canine companion.

Abbey Green View is in the town of Nuneaton, Warwickshire, which is where the famous novelist, George Eliot, was born.
The house overlooks Abbey Green, a popular local open area where you can walk your dog or sit and watch the world go by.

Behind the property is a retail park with big name retailers and a large Asda supermarket, which is very handy for obtaining ingredients for your self-catering meals!Beyond that are the main train and bus stations for Nuneaton.
The town centre is just a 5-minute walk away. Here, you will find plenty of shops and cafés, plus a thriving historic outdoor market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Fun fact: The market has been running since it was established in 1226!
Fancy a stroll along the towpath of the Coventry Canal? Access is only a 5-minute walk from Abbey Green View.
Great transport links can take you to the surrounding towns and cities, such as Coventry, which is famous for local heroine, Lady Godiva. There is also the ruins of the second Coventry Cathedral - destroyed in WWII - which sits adjacent to the current cathedral.

The bus station is also located nearby the accommodation, and Uber operates throughout the town.
If you bring your own vehicle it is easy to reach the motorway network as well as the tranquillity of the wonderful Warwickshire countryside.
