What happens when you arrive at your staycation

The night before your arrival at your staycation or work trip, instructions for check-in get sent to you. On the day, a member of the Lets Stay Team will usually greet you in person. Alternatively, there is a self-check-in service for you to use. The key will be in the safe ahead of your arrival. This makes life easy as you don't have to find anyone or wait around. Instead, you enter the code on the key-safe, take out the key, open the door and settle yourself in. Staycation made simple...

If you are arriving during the day you may meet a housekeeper. You might even meet Joolz. Either way, you will get a friendly hello and left to settle in at your leisure. We want you to feel at least as comfortable and relaxed on staycation as you do at home.

Yet, settling yourself in does not need to be daunting. Put the kettle on, get unloaded and make a cup of tea or coffee whilst you take a look around. There will be some coffee, tea, milk and sugar to get you started! Everything will be ready and you should have no problems. But if you do have questions, we are only a call or message away ready to answer your queries.

If you are arriving late at night, don't worry as all Lets Stay properties have plenty of light outside. This means you will be able to find and operate the key-safe with ease. Plus, you will get full instructions beforehand. If your stay is in the winter, the heating will be on so everything will be cosy for your arrival.

A staycation or work trip should be stress free. So we try to make the entire process as straightforward as we can. We are always on hand to answer your questions. Additionally, there will be a feedback form which we would love you to fill in. It would be fabulous if you could suggest how we could make your next stay even better.
