As your staycation draws nearer, we will contact you with information about your stay. Not only the practical stuff, but also the nice things too like our favourite places to eat out. Then, the day before you arrive, you receive the final details including check in instructions. But it doesn't stop there. We look after your needs throughout your staycation and beyond, all without being intrusive as we want you to enjoy time and space in peace.

We also recognise that circumstances change. Sometimes you will need to cancel the staycation you were looking forward to, which is why we have a simple Peace of Mind Guarantee. Cancel up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel less than 7 days before arrival for a voucher for a future stay. If you cancel less than 4 days before arrival, we will charge you for just the first night.
