Lets Stay Payments Made Simple

A new way to pay

Since we started taking direct bookings, Lets Stay has partnered with PayPal. Pretty much everyone has heard of PayPal as are a familiar name on the internet, and payments are quick and secure.

But every now and then, someone asks if they have to use PayPal. So we've looked at several other payment providers and chosen an alternative option. We have now partnered with Stripe as well.

Stripe allows you to pay for your staycation with any major credit or debit card, including cards issued outside of the UK. Stripe is an international company and accepts international payment methods, meaning paying for your staycation is quick and easy.

When you choose to book your Lets Stay staycation, we do not take payment details. Whether you choose to use Stripe or PayPal, you get taken to their site to collect payment. Once they have processed the transaction, we get notified and confirm your holiday. We don't have any access to your financial details. We only ask for your name and your email address so we can confirm your staycation details. It's helpful if you provide a phone number, but this is optional.

Stripe uses the highest levels of security and is PCI compliant at level 1 - the highest level - so both you and us can be sure the payment is secure. They have excellent dispute resolution, so, in the unlikely event of a problem, getting your money back is possible.

Here at Lets Stay we are always working to make your staycation better. Not only the time you spend with us but the booking process, the information we provide and the service you receive. This is one of many improvements we are working on.
