Where do I book the accommodation?
You can book our lovely self-contained accommodation directly from our website using the booking function.
Where are your properties located?
Our places are based in the Heart of England, Warwickshire. We currently have three that are available for bookings. Click on the links below to find out more about each place.

How much notice do you need to book accommodation?
Accommodation can be booked with 24 hours notice. Check to see available dates here
What is the best way to contact you?
You'll be able to reach us by email at guests@lets‑stay.co.uk. Our lovely team will do their best to get back to you as soon as possible! Alternatively, you can give us a call on 0247 507 1438.
Can I contact you out of hours?
After booking your accommodation you will receive our details so that you can contact us should you need to. There is information in each property should you have an emergency, such as a flood or fire, and which services should be contacted.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Your accommodation comes with FREE fibre broadband speed 35Mbps. On booking, you will be given instructions on where to find the WI-FI code. Each property has workspaces available should you need to use them during your stay. There is also a smart TV with all the popular channels: Netflix, BBC-iPlayer, ITV Hub, All4 or Demand5, YouTube and Spotify.
Is there parking?
There is free on-street parking at each accommodation. Abbey Green View does have parking restrictions a parking permit will be provided.
Is there a cleaning/laundry service available?
All of the apartments have cleaning equipment such as a hoover, dustpan & brush, mop & bucket plus cleaning products. There is even a washing machine, iron, ironing board and airer. You can choose to do it yourself or chat with us about our additional cleaning services that are available for long-term stays. Please get in touch for more information!
Are there additional charges for bills?
There are no additional charges for utility bills as these are included in the price when you book.
How long can I book for?
Accommodation can be booked on a short-term basis from 1 night to 28 nights. There are also long-term options available. Please email us for more information!
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 8 days before arrival and still receive a full refund. If you cancel between 7 and 2 days before arrival you will be issued a full credit note that can be used for future stays. Full details on our cancellation and refund policy can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Who manages Lets Stay corporate accommodation?
Ian and Joolz run the show at Lets Stay and it's their aim to make your stay as perfect as it can be. Between them, they have many years of experience in the property industry and have welcomed guests from all over the world!
