Joolz' stylish space is right on Abbey Green, a two minute walk to the town center where you'll find great food, loads of shopping, and on the south end of the town, a beautiful park along the river perfect for morning walks. The blocks around Abbey Green are also of great historical interest, as the heart of Nuneaton's former silk ribbon weaving trade and the scene of an 1832 murder that is the subject of a book (The Undoing of Polly Button) -- the author gives great walking tours of the area. At the north end of the green, a little cafe called The Green serves amazing breakfast. Crave on Queens Road serves eye-popping burgers along with creative veg fare, while Masalaz right next door has excellent Indian food with an English touch (great lime pickle!). But you may not need to leave the airbnb, as the kitchen is very well equipped and Joolz had all the basics stocked including tea, coffee and biscuits, local apples, eggs and bread. A grocer is also right across the ring road. The bathroom is beautiful with a huge soaking tub, and the three bedrooms all quite comfortable, with plenty of space for hanging clothes, desks and outlets for computers, and superfast wifi. There's a cozy living room as well and Joolz will respond very swiftly to any inquiry.
We had a great overnight stay in Joolz and Ianís apartment! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could absolutely need for cooking the the beds were super comfy! The free on street parking was a great bonus and we loved being able to use netflix on the TV :)
